You can use a surrogate mom and achieve your dream of becoming parents if nature has rendered you unable to bear a child. There is even the option of going through anonymous in-vitro fertilization and the actual sperm donor will never know his sperm was used.
You will of course have to sign a legal document before any of this proceeds. Here the agreements of the donor relating to the child will be dealt with. Each state has its own rules and regulating the way hiring a surrogate parent works. All the legalities have to be considered before agreeing to this type of arrangement.
The actual surrogacy itself can take place in a number of ways. Some surrogate moms do not want an intimate relationship with the new mom as she is giving up all rights to the child, and she doesn’t want any more involvement. Then again other surrogate will keep their options open so they can change their mind when the child is born about keeping the baby, and the involvement in its life, depending on the legal agreement specifics.
The general consensus around surrogacy is that it works best on woman who have already conceived children of their own. By becoming surrogates they are offering a couple who cannot do it themselves, the gift of becoming parents.
