Low self esteem could start as early as childhood when children are made to believe that they are worthless. Their sense of self confidence becomes eroded. and they surrender to the idea that they will have no success in any task they undertake so naturally they get picked on laughed at, pushed around, called ugly names, and treated with disdain, so it’s no mystery they ended up full of resentment.
If that was your experience, then it’s time to free yourself of that mindset and do self esteem improvement. Take a look at the history of some famous people and you’ll realize that many of them did not think much of themselves that they could not even complete a basic education.
